Anne C. Welty, M.D.

Adult, Adolescent and Child Psychiatry

SERVICES:

New Patients' Initial Evaluation

An initial consultation is scheduled for 1 1/2 hours for adults and for children with their parents.  Patients under the age of 18 will require at least one parent present during the evaluation, and consent from both parents for treatment.  Dr. Welty meets with the parents and child together at first, then the child alone, and will see the parents and child altogether at the end of the appointment to discuss how to go forward with treatment.  The frequency of follow-up appointments will depend on the progress of each patient and how well they are doing on their specific treatment plan.  We apologize for the invconvenience; however, our office does not accept insurance, meaning that she is an out of network provider.  All patients are required to pay in full for their appointments at the time of each visit.  After each follow-up, the patient will be provided with a health insurance claim form so that they may submit them on their own to their insurance companies for potential reimbursement, should they decide they would like to claim them.
